OpenMinds, one of Asia’s leading Martech firms, has announced the launch of RE:SOURCE Conference 2025, a two-day event designed to unite marketers, technologists, and business leaders from across Southeast Asia. Scheduled for 15 and 16 October 2025 at M World Hotel, Petaling Jaya, the conference aims to be the region’s largest Martech gathering, bringing together between 350 and 500 attendees.
Empowering ASEAN’s SMEs for cross-border growth
With more than 600 million digital-first consumers and strong government support for digital transformation, ASEAN represents a region full of potential. However, many businesses still face challenges such as fragmented data, disconnected tech stacks, and unclear go-to-market strategies. RE:SOURCE Conference 2025 seeks to address these gaps by providing a collaborative platform where industry leaders can share practical insights and proven strategies for regional growth.
“Our vision for RE:SOURCE Conference 2025 is to spark meaningful conversations and inspire action by bringing together forward-thinking marketers, founders, and technology leaders,” said Jan Wong, Founder and CEO of OpenMinds®. “More than a two-day event, the conference is about building an ongoing community that drives sustainable growth across ASEAN.”
Wong added that this year’s programme features an impressive line-up of speakers from organisations such as Mida.so, Strategic Asia Marketing Alliance (SAMA), ParentInc, and Optimas, reflecting the event’s mission to become a regional hub for knowledge sharing and innovation.
A line-up of leading voices in Martech
Attendees can look forward to a variety of keynote sessions, workshops, and panel discussions led by regional experts. Among the highlights are Aaron Lim, Associate Director of Nielsen Audience Measurement Malaysia, who will explore how businesses can harness Martech tools across ASEAN, and Datuk William Ng, National President of SAMENTA, , who will discuss how Malaysia’s successful Martech strategies can be scaled across the region.
The agenda will also delve into topics such as cross-border e-commerce, digital sales, data and AI integration, and automation for scaling operations. Additional sessions will cover omnichannel strategies, brand localisation, and market-entry playbooks to help brands navigate and succeed in new ASEAN markets.
Collaboration at the heart of RE:SOURCE
RE:SOURCE Conference 2025 reflects OpenMinds’ broader goal of fostering collaboration across the digital economy. The event is supported by key sponsors including Infobip, Mida.so, Bolt, and Airasia Move, alongside ecosystem partners such as Mole, Tactus, INFINITY8, E3Hubs, Daily CMO, Tech Collective, Females in Tech, FFMYSEA, On the Rise KL, and HERizon.
